The receptionist smelled like cigarettes, the bedsheets are terrible they won't let it breathe, the pillows are way too big, the mini fridge in my room was a bit loud, the shower head spewed water out of the shower when I turned it on, the toilet paper is terrible.

It’s not good it’s not horrible but this hotel needs to renovate. OMG bumps in the walls, lamps hanging out with wires out. Rust in the bathtub. Of course the price goes with it, but still.!!!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was great. Loved the underground parking for we were traveling with plants and liquids that couldn't freeze. Because it is an older building I thought the bathroom could use a little bit of TLC and because it needs some work I thought the price was a little bit high.

Plugged toilet and no maintenance staff to unplug. Rust on the bathroom appliances. Slow elevators. Stinky odour in the hallways. Intermittent Wifi. Many things broken in the hotel. No TV remote in the room. Staff smiles a lot, but apparently left with little resources to fix problems.

Great location a few blocks from the main strip downtown with bars and restaurants, basic but clean rooms, friendly staff. We had a nice view of the park and everything we needed - would definitely stay here again!
