Maison Simart: cottage in the city center of Troyes

Maison Simart is a 17th century half-timbered house with a private terrace located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the city center.
It was completely renovated in 2022 with local and quality materials. The furniture, mainly antique, confers charm and authenticity. It will undoubtedly seduce you during your stay in our beautiful city of Troyes.

The house is spread over three levels:
- The ground floor consists of a living room opening onto a large fitted kitchen and gives access to the private paved outdoor courtyard.
- The first floor serves a bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet.
In the bedroom you will find a hotel quality King Size bed (180x200) as well as a dressing room and a desk.
The bathroom has a large shower made up of two columns. A washing machine and an iron are also available.

- The second and last floor is divided into two sleeping areas. The first includes a hotel quality King Size bed (180x200). The second with two beds (90x190), which can be pushed together.
We also provide (on request) for your children: cot, high chair, bath, changing mat...
The private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha will ensure you moments of conviviality in the heart of the city of Tricasse.

Parking is free in front of the house and in the adjacent streets. Also free parking is located 2 minutes walk away.

La Maison Simart is equipped with a television, fiber and access to Netflix.
Reservation of 2 nights minimum. The price includes cleaning fees, bed linen and towels.
