Located in the lower half of Tahoe Donner, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is perfectly situated for all of your Tahoe adventures. Enjoy close proximity to Northstar and Palisades Tahoe for epic skiing, and a short drive to Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe for all your summer adventures!

Enter the home by traveling up stairs to the front door, where just inside you ll find a mud room with seating, that opens into the main living area. The main living area offers hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious leather couch perfect for relaxing with the whole family. The living room TV has a fire stick perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The wood stove is at the heart of the space and is perfect for chilly mountain nights. Enjoy dining for six around the table and a breakfast bar that seats four. The kitchen offers ample prep space on the eclectic green tile. Step onto the balcony that boasts a gas grill and outdoor dining for six. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, one with queen sized comforts and another that offers two sets of bunk beds. The shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Rounding out the first floor is a dedicated laundry room with a mini-fridge for all your beverage needs.

Travel up the stairs and past the unique mask collection to the second floor landing. Here you will find a comfortable pull out couch that sleeps two. Enter the primary suite with king sized comforts, a private balcony, and ample clothing storage. The private ensuite bath includes a tub/shower combo.

The garage includes one parking space and additional room for storage.

We love this part of Tahoe Donner! Just a quick 5 minute walk to the Northstar clubhouse and a 1 mile drive to the Trout Creek Recreation Center, where guests can enjoy a snow play area for the kids, a year-round pool, gym, and fitness classes for daily fee. Six short-term rental guest cards will be available per house. Short-term guest cards grant one individual (ages 3+) access to private amenities with a paid daily access fee. The daily access fee for ages 3-6 is $10 per day, and for ages 7+ is $24 per day. ll be in the heart of Tahoe Donner and the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area. All major North Tahoe ski resorts are 20 minutes away, and Truckee downtown is a 10 minute drive.
