The Home
You`ll have the entire A-Frame cabin to yourself, including five sleeping areas (four bedrooms and one loft), two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The cabin blends vintage A-frame character with modern renovations for a comfortable, stylish mountain retreat.

Incredible outdoor space with gas BBQ, picnic table, benches, and a private hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain or trails.

Community Amenities
Guests have access to shared Northstar community amenities including rec center pools, hot tubs, and gym. A rec center access pass is required (available for purchase on-site). The Northstar resort shuttle will pick you up directly from the cabin and take you to The Village, Rec Center, or Martis Valley Grille.

Location
Northstar is a year-round destination—not just ski season. The cabin is ideally positioned for:
• Skiing and snowboarding at Northstar (minutes away)
• Summer hiking, mountain biking, and trail running
• Access to The Village at Northstar for dining, shopping, and entertainment
• 10-minute drive to downtown Truckee
• 25-minute drive to Tahoe City
• 30-minute drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, or Diamond Peak

Pet Policy
We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval. We ask that dogs are not left alone for extended periods, kept off furniture and beds, and that owners clean up after their pets.

Winter Season
During winter, Lake Tahoe can see significant snow accumulation. 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. We provide driveway plowing (6+ inches) and shoveling service for stairs and pathways, plus shovels and de-icing salt for your use.

Security Cameras
We have exterior-only security cameras on the front stairs/entryway and back deck, focused on entryways and designed to maintain your privacy while enjoying the home.
Please treat our home with care and respect as if it were your own. During your stay please take extra care to not leave food out overnight or unnecessarily. Please take out any trash in supplied trash bags and place outside in the locked ‘bear box’ trash bin.

Check out is at 10am and our cleaning crew arrives promptly due to same day reservations. Please leave used towels on the floor in bathrooms. Please wash all dishes, or load dishwasher and start the cycle. Please place any trash securely in the locked bear box out front. No need to make beds, the cleaning crew washes everything. Please turn the heating down, lights off, and make sure doors are locked.
