Main (level): includes open space with living area, dining area separated by fireplace, cozy kitchen with island, TV. Designer finishes and touches are throughout the main level adding coziness to our daily lives.

Upstairs:
A private primary suite with queen bed featuring a dedicated workspace (ideal for remote work), shower, two sinks, jacuzzi tub for soaking, and a private, sunny patio.

Downstairs:
A Queen guest room, full bathroom, plus a Full-over-Full bunk room with small outside patio, making it a great setup for families with kids or groups.

The Location:
Unbeatable and practically car-optional. You can walk to downtown Truckee, local coffee shops - Coffee Bar, Dark Horse, bakery, trails, and the Palisades/ Tahoe City shuttles.

Local hikes start right across the street from property, Ice skating rink and the "secret" Taco popup stand is 5 minutes walking distance.

5–15 minutes drive away: Palisades Tahoe, Northstar, and Donner Lake.
