With plenty of room to relax and updated track lighting making this unit light and bright, it's well-suited for families or small groups looking for a convenient and functional mountain getaway. This unit is also conveniently located within a short direct walk from parking area, and the shuttle stop right across the parking lot.
Enjoy access to the NPOA Recreation Center (for a small fee paid to the HOA). Guest passes are located in the unit, or you may simply provide the rental address. NPOA Recreation Center includes use of multiple pools (Lap Pool open year round), hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness facility, game room, tennis and pickle ball courts (summer only), bocce ball & basketball, nature trail, kids playground, and summer activities.
