Enjoy the privet wooded backyard area, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. The home also includes 4 Smart TVs, a Pack-n-Play, high chair, and kids' dinnerware for added convenience.

This home is also conveniently located near great dining and shopping in historic downtown Truckee.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.* 8 guests (plus additional children under 13 years old). There enough beds for up to 16 guests.
* 4 vehicles MAX - Two in garage and four in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordinance.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details.
* The fireplace is not included in the listing. It is not currently allowed to be used.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero-tolerance policy on abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not the home. This is a tasteful, and well-appointed home - please treat it as your own.

This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. No loud or late parties.
