Clements has a spacious kitchen/dining room leading through to the living room with an electric feature fire and comfortable furniture. This room enjoys views overlooking the garden and paddocks beyond. Here you’ll also find a Smart TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games.
EATING
Leading from the sitting room, the kitchen/dining room is equipped with an electric range cooker with three ovens, separate grill and induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. French doors lead out to a large patio perfect for alfresco dining.
A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room.
SLEEPING
There are three bedrooms, a double bedroom with a super king, double bedroom with king size bed and an accessible twin bedroom with the option of zip and link super king on request and Egyptian cotton bed linen. Although not connected, please note that the accessible twin bedroom for Clements is located below Cowlands main bedroom.
( A trundle bed is available in the ground floor twin bedroom *additional charge applies)
BATHING
Downstairs accessible bedroom with ensuite with large shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Upstairs, super king master bedroom ensuite with free standing bath, large shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail. Ensuite to king bedroom, shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail, while downstairs there is a ground floor cloakroom.
DOG FRIENDLY
Clements is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
