With 3 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, you'll feel pampered during your stay. Enjoy amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer for convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in T or C. This stunning home is right on the Rio Grande River and the backyard is the highlight of the home. Enjoy the beautiful river right out the back door. The river runs full in the spring/summer, and you can raft from the Elephant Butte Dam right to the house! Swimming in the river is not recommended. And during the fall/winter months enjoy the abundance of wildlife that the river draws right to you. Birds, deer, coyotes, etc.... Furthermore, this home is 3 minutes to the world-famous hot springs, 5 minutes to all the amenities in town, and 10 minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. Well behaved pets are welcomed. Our home has multiple sets of stairs, both inside and outside the property. Guests with young children, limited mobility, or special needs may find some areas challenging to access. For safety and comfort, we recommend that families with toddlers or individuals with accessibility concerns review the listing photos and reach out with any questions before booking.
