The Sunrise Studio (2 Queen Beds)

Welcome to The Sunrise Studio, a quiet lakeside casita in the Dam Site Historic District. This simple, comfortable studio is designed with soft desert-inspired colors and a relaxed feel. Inside, you'll find 2 queen beds with fresh linens, a dresser for storage, and a clean bathroom with a standard shower. The studio also includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for quick meals or morning coffee. A smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi are available if you want to unwind or catch up on anything during your stay.
The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Outside, a small patio area gives you a calm spot to enjoy sunrise or watch the light change across the cliffs and lake.
You're only steps from the Dam Site Marina, where guests can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Pontoon boats are available 2.5 miles north at our sister marina, Marina Del Sur. It's one of the only spots in the area where you can stay right by the water and get out on the lake without hauling equipment or driving far.
This studio is close to the shoreline, walking areas, and boat ramps, making it an easy home base for lake days, fishing trips, or a simple, quiet weekend surrounded by southern New Mexico's desert landscape.
