Beautiful historic two bedroom home located in Armory Park. Walking distance to downtown Tucson and local bars and restaurants! U of A is a 10 minute tram ride away. Impeccably furnished with every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook a feast! Stunning back yard with a new pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee -contact host for details). Plenty of patio space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Peaceful and beautiful gardens with olive, grapefruit and lemon trees. A jewel in the desert. One of our first renters wrote. "...The house is great! The most well-stocked rental we've ever rented. Everything about Jenn's home was top-tier. What really stood out (aside from the awesome pool and back yard!) was how thoughtful everything was: every single thing we might have wanted was already taken care of. On top of that, the neighborhood was fantastic, the beds comfortable, great water pressure in the shower etc etc. A truly wonderful stay.

Our family had an amazing time on our trip. The home was fully stocked with the essentials. The home has so much character and was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, and the landscaping was beautiful! Felt like we were in a secret garden. We were a few minute walk from lots of food options and a quick 10 min walk to downtown. Amazing Spot

We had a perfect vacation here. The house is so comfortable and it really just feels like you’re staying in a friend’s home. The backyard and pool are STUNNING and we spent so much magical time out there. It’s walking distance to so many wonderful coffee shops and the brewery nearby was great. I recommend this 100% - you will not regret it.
