Inside, a spacious, well-stocked kitchen with seating for ten awaits. Entertainment options abound with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, and TVs in every room. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 miles from three golf courses and 20 minutes from downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona.

With four bedrooms that are all decent sizes you will have no problem being comfortable. The second-floor patio has incredible mountain and desert views that can't be beat. Game room for family fun will keep everyone entertained throughout the trip. Giant open kitchen with plenty of room for all the guests to enjoy a tasty meal cooked with supplies from the fully stocked kitchen. The backyard oasis will have you wanting to spend most of your time outside.
*Please note that the pool is NOT heated during the summer, thanks to our warm Arizona weather. In winter, you can opt to heat the pool for a cozy swim for an additional charge. The pool can be heated for $50 per day, with a minimum heating period of three days. We charge a half day for heat the day of your arrival, and a half day the day of your departure.

We want everyone to have a great time, but please be respectful of the neighborhood and those around you. Overnight on-street parking is prohibited, but the driveway can accommodate at least three vehicles.

Our host, Amber, lives locally and is here to offer help and suggestions during your stay. If you have questions or need recommendations about places to visit, eat, etc.- just reach out to her on the platform and she'd be happy to assist you!

Guests will have access to the entire house except for two locked owners' closets on the first floor.

*House Rules:

-Only driveway parking is permitted overnight, respecting the HOA regulations.
-Late checkout without prior notice to the host will result in a $250 fine.
-Strict adherence to noise ordinances; violators may be fined $500 and asked to leave the property.
