Only minutes walking distance to the neighborhood coffee shop, restaurants, and famous 4th Ave district, and take the electric streetcar (free transportation) throughout downtown and 4th Ave.

Enjoy all the standard conveniences of a home plus two free tandem parking spaces are provided with your stay. An additional street meter parking charge is available for any additional automobiles.

The 1BR / 1BA detached Carriage home comes with a kitchenette and a full bathroom with two tandem parking spaces in the driveway. Additional City of Tucson Street meter parking is available for a fee - if needed

Guests staying in the 1BR / 1BA rear guest carriage home have sole access to park tandem in the driveway. Enter the south side small swing gate to enter the rear of the property. The large steel double doors on the north side of home should remain closed at all times.

Guests access staying in the 2BR / 2BA home receive two parking passes for street parking in front of the house. The parking passes should remain on the dash or mirror at all times, otherwise, a parking ticket may be enforced and charged to the vehicle owner by the City of Tucson.
