The sunny townhouse is located at Rancho Vistoso, a sought-after neighborhood at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, and is bordered by a wildlife preserve. You might even glimpse a jackrabbit, bobcat, or javelina, or hear the distant songs of our wily, southwest coyotes!

This entire private condo home is all yours! Your hosts Bree and Claude are native Tucsonans and are happy to share insights on our favorite local haunts and places of interest.
There is space for one car in the attached garage. There is also one additional parking space just across the street for short-term guest parking.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Guests must climb one flight of stairs to access the property
- Longer-term stays may be allowed on a case-by-case per guest & host agreement.
- You have one parking spot available in the garage for use during your stay. There is also an uncovered guest spot available across the street. We are not responsible if your car gets towed for being parked in a non-designated spot.
- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products
- No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
HOUSE RULES

If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules:
- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out.
- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.
- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
- As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- Please leave the garage door opener inside the house in the small basket on the entryway table. There is a $50 charge to replace it if this rule is violated.
- Guests can access the heated community pool and hot tub during pool hours only (6AM-11PM); guests must abide by all posted pool and hot tub rules. If we are notified of excessive noise or rowdy behavior by your group in the community spaces, the reservation may be canceled and forfeit.
- 1.5 X rate additional charged for deep cleans will be added to stays over 3 weeks.
