The room was very nice and clean with the exception of the shower. The tub was stopped up and by the time I finished my shower I was ankle deep in filthy water from the drain. I love this hotel, have stayed here before but this was bad

I was told this hotel was recently remodeled and nearly opened in February 2025. Property reflects Hilton standards. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was basic but decent — a simple bagel, cereal, and toast. However, the housekeeping experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was as rude as the housekeeping team here. I work hard to pay for my trips, and to be treated with hostility is unacceptable. The housekeeper wouldn’t move her cart so we could leave, gave us intense stares, and didn’t greet us back when we said good morning. We even picked up the room and stripped the bed to make things easier for them, yet we were still met with unkindness. I will definitely not be returning.

The stay at the hotel was good, we had no issues. My only issue is I was charged twice and we only stayed one night. I called the hotel to have this corrected and the operations manager was rude and not helpful at all, she basically made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will be going higher up with Hilton Corporate to get this corrected.

Sticky drink rings on the nightstand table, hair on the toilet seat, and what I hope is dried toothpaste in the sink. Otherwise it’s quiet despite being right next to the airport, the room was big, and the beds appeared clean which is what I needed. Was only here for a place to sleep for a few hours.
