This property is right next to an Elementary school. The hours on the pool were posted different in person than online and the Pool was very very cold.

Carbon dioxide detector went off in the middle of the night, staff knew they were all going bad but said nothing.

Pool and whirlpool were under construction but not listed on website. First room, tv sound didn’t work and worker said at least you have a picture. Beds were on high platform and light switches were hidden behind towels hanging in sink area. Bathroom light switch was on far side of bathroom and was not lit up making it hard to find. Both rooms had a smell.

The staff was not courteous, very limited on communication. Will not recommend this place ! I have never had to put a deposit down on any Hotel I have been across the United States and book several different Hotels and have never had to pay more after reservation I could get into the fact the reason I booked this hotel, family medical emergency at local hospital, but was asked to come sign a paper and put a deposit when I was in the middle of this emergency , I get there’s policy’s. My family and I stayed two days there. But it will never happen again

The pool closed at 8pm with no time where adults can go in and not be around screaming kids. Also, the hot tub was luke warm at best and the pool was really cold.

The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was good, overall this is a nice hotel. It is difficult to enter the property unless you are driving on the same side of the road as the hotel. It shares a driveway with a car wash, so you have to pay attention to where you are driving. Our room did have couple of issues, there was a sticky substance on the carpet that the maintenance guy couldn't remove and one desk lamp had a broken support.
