Its dissapointing since we booked a room with 2 QB & sofa bed and the front desk said there are no sofa bed but I choice this hotel for that reason so I am not happy also the front door was broken you have to pull it harder to get in. They give us only 3 towels bit I booked for 4 people. Good thing its only for 1 night so I did not bother to ask for 1 more towel.

1) We got lock out. They tried with 3 master keys, nothing worked. The manager was over phone, but she did not showed. The front desk representative worked hard, and finally she able to open with two screwdrivers. We were waiting outside over an hour. 2) the room was relatively small, there was no sofa. But ok at the price I paid. 3) the shampoo bottle is at so high , good for 6 ft + people, but difficult for shorter people to use the bottles.

Great all. They the care of you even when it your own mess up. There are some lil things that they need to fix but over all I use the hotels.com app ever night. Yes every night for my job. I have something like 150 stays in 162 days.

When we arrived there were guests that had been waiting at the front desk for over 30 minutes and no staff was available. We looked all over and knocked on staff doors as they had done but could not find any staff. We had 11 in our party and 5 rooms reserved. We waited about 20 minutes and finally a staff member showed up. She was very kind and did apologize however, it was very odd and she was quite frantic (but there were 15 people standing in the lobby at that point waiting for service). Once checked in we were supposed to have 5 King Suite rooms - we only were given two - the rest were regular king rooms - same price. We had 3 with us and no pull out couch so my son didn't have a place to sleep - we did go back to the desk and the lady was nice and gave us a room for my son - no charge for the trouble. We still had three rooms however, that we paid for King Suite and only had King Room. Rooms were clean - breakfast was so-so.

Friendly staff. Great location. Easy access. A lot of food options nearby. Clean room Great gym facility with water to fill your bottles. Nice, typical breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.
