This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The sweet lady that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. She even has these little cute animals that she leaves on the counter for people to take that have cute little sayings on strips of paper attached to them. It made my wife and I smile after a long drive. The property was clean and fresh smelling even with all of the snow on the ground outside. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

Front desk take my credit card for incidentalls, (wich is completely normal) but they use my Credit Card information to pay a different hotel for one night. Please be careful in this hotel!!!! Check your statement promptly to see what they are charging!!!!

Great hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable and clean. Linens, pillows, towels, all great. Staff was friendly, checking in was a breeze. Will stay again.

The hotel was great. I made the decision to stay there again in the future...until I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged twice! I called the front desk & was told that IHG does that & that the second charge will fall off in 24-48 hrs. I've stayed at another IHG property, AVID & was NEVER charged twice. That was very disappointing.

I booked last minute so wasn't sure what I would get. The room was great. I had the king with jetted tub. The room was super clean and appointed. I got there early and the front desk worker was so nice and so helpful! She even opened a conference room for me so I wouldn't be late to a virtual meeting while waiting for my room.

One negative to the king room is only one mirror in room. With a couple getting ready this is inconvenient. Similar set ups would often have a mirror in the desk area.
