Conveniently located near the main downtown area. Quick drive to Blue Dome District and Greenwood. Hotel staff was friendly. I was given an upgrade, which was nice, howver, I immediately had to call for service because the lightbulbs needed to be replaced in two lamps! Staff responded promptly. The elevator broke after the first of my three night stay. Skip the pool and the breakfast. Many rooms appear to have a balcony, which was nice. Overall, satisfactory.
It was very ran down and the pool said it would be open in April it’s June and was not open had alittle rain water in it with a bunch of beer cans in the pool
No hot water, tv didn’t work, elevator was out and they charged extra for a deposit . Put us on 2nd floor , paint in the tub . Pool was not working and full of trash . Paint supplies everywhere.
I can start with check in. I was in the register as booked for registration. But they did not have my initial deposit as active, and they wanted a $50 deposit.
2nd was the fact they upgraded me to a suit on the 2nd floor, but then indicated the elevator was inoperable, so I was traveling up and down stairs on one level for all my movements. When I made the reservations, was never informed of inoperable elevator.
The property smelled like weed staff was smoking on the property and I side by the front door I will be reaching to get a full refund and ask for a investigation.

rented rooms were in poor shape with peeling shower wall tube enclosure and beside and room lights that did not work or illuminated poorly. Had to leave and cancel booking!!
The hotel was in very poor condition. It seemed renovations may be happening but certainly not in the rooms. The staff were excellent and very welcoming
The hotel needs a total renovation. The whole place is smelly, old, not clean, worn out and very poor from the inside. Breakfast was very limited and quantities were scarce. Plumbing is an issue and required fixing in the room, which was very inconvenient. Stayed 2 nights out of 3, not able to flush the toilet?! Never seen anything like this.
This place is disgusting. They can't pay me to stay there. How can anyone stay in business with a property looking like this. This place smells rotten. It looks like it is under construction, and the room was horrible. There were stains all over the walls, and the non-smoking room blanket had burn holes in it. There were stains on the blanket, and the toilet would barely flush. I was there long enough to use the bathroom and find somewhere else to stay.
Walked in and was asked for a $50 deposit even though we already paid for our room. The room was disgusting. Chips in the bed, the chairs had lots of food crumbs, smelled like cat pee. There was a door to a pet crate that was left by a previous hotel stay. Dead roaches around the fridge. Curtains were gross and stained. Some weird device, possibly smoke detector covered by a trash bag on the ceiling. Didn’t even stay, checked out immediately and left. Used condom on the ground outside the front of the hotel.

Checking in was great, the room was nice & clean, the bathroom was nice til after i showered. I opened the the curtain to see writing on the mirror that of course you can only see in the fog. I let the lady know at checkout and showed her the picture of what was on it.
Which she told me she had a message for a clogged toilet for our room that I never reported. I said it worked fine for us, then she just said ok well we'll get the mirror scrubbed. Have a good day.
DO NOT stay at the Quality Inn Tulsa - Downtn West
The hotel was dirty. There was no phone in the room. The cable did not work on the TV. We had to call someone to come to the room to turn the TV on. The next morning the TV did not work for us. There was no hot water in the sink for the bathroom and no cold water in the sink next to the coffee maker. There was a broken ironing board in the room and I had to go down to have them bring another ironing board up. The iron did not get hot enough to get the wrinkles out of my clothes. My husband went into the breakfast area 10 minutes after the time breakfast was over and an employee yelled at him that he couldn't get a muffin because breakfast was over. My husband got the muffin anyway. Oh! When I opened the curtain the next morning, it fell on the floor.
Very little exterior lighting. From the last reviews they are new owners and are remodeling. I think customer safety should be a pretty high priority. The parking lot was not well lit and seemed poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was fine. The water in the sink took a while to get hot. The breakfast options were pretty slim. We skipped it and went to a local cafe instead. There is a McDonald's and a Braum's within walking distance so that is a plus. Overall it wasn't horrible, but if my wife was with me, I would have picked a better place.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Fitting sheet on bed was dirty under the pillow. The carpet had not been vacuumed for what appeared to be for several days. Dried liquid substance on one of the windows. Stains on the curtains and pin holes in the curtains. Finally, the TV didn't work as I kept getting a cable TV error message. I shared these issues with the hotel manager and hopefully they will do something about it.
I left 30 minutes after arriving there. I have pictures of the broken curtains that wouldn’t close and people could see everything from the street. I took a shower and they wouldn’t close. I am very disappointed and honestly will never book with Expedia again for putting any human in a place like this! They had the nerve to ask for a $50 credit card hold charge for that ghetto room. Shame on Expedia and definitely shame on Quality inn. I should get all my money back. I came back to Kansas after that. 4 hour trip. Not feeling safe is a horrible feeling!
