We called the property at 9pm the night before we were going to stay before we booked the room. Asked if their hot tub was working and open for guests to use. They said it was open and working. We booked the room. Then after we check in we find out it is closed and has been for the past week!!! The whole reason we stayed there was for the hot tub (we were there for a birthday party). Luckily the property refunded our money, but we spent the rest of the evening finding
