The hotel seem brand new and quite modern. The staff was super friendly. A pot of coffee was waiting early in the morning. I rented a bicycle from the front desk to get around the area. [Note: The map provided by the expedia website is wrong. The hotel is actually on the corner of Asteroides and Osiris.]

he room was comfortable. and the man at the reception , Mr. Danil , very helpful I paid cash on arrival for my 4nights . The picture , on your web site, of the swimming pool is misleading, it looks as it is about 12 meters long, when in fact is only 3 meters. If is not too expensive, the hotel could put on the 1st floor a kettle with few bags of coffee at the disposal of guests,at the moment guests must go to the nearby hotel to get a cup of coffee or tea. On the second day of my stay, I informed the reception that , due to,business reason, I had to return to Merida a day earlier and if it was possible to obtain a refund for that unused night, the answer was no as,according to them, I paid a promotional fare ; on my reservation there was no mention of it , never mind, that money can be used to buy few bags of coffee and tea. Best luck for your future business. PS: of course , on my next trip to Tulum I will not make use of that Hotel hospitality. c.

sehr unfreundliches personal, zimmer ist gut, leider wurden in der einen nacht pneus von vielen autos auf der strasse aufgeschlitzt, zum teil 2!, keine gute gegend, das hotel ist eines von vielen, das zur zeit aus dem boden gestampft werden
