The hotel is not a 4-star as claimed. Most of the staff are good but the property has inherent issues that the staff cannot resolve. I stayed with my 2 kids and here's the issues:
1) Property is probably newly built in a new area. So the street is still a muddy road with lots of potholes.
2) The welcome was not warm at all
3) The room did not get hot water in the shower. Discussed this with various staff at least 5 times and they could not fix it. They offered to move us to a new room but that was the night before we were to leave.
4) the room had a muggy/damp smell in all the linens
5) bathroom was really poor: there was no spare toilet paper, there are no holders for soaps etc in the bathroom, the flush is very poor
6) the hotel says continental breakfast included. This is not what you get in all hotels out there. You get to choose from a couple of egg options or waffles/pancake. Either/or - was really really odd and this should be mentioned on the website. You get some sliced fruit. Basically it is a limited breakfast and not that you can help yourself to multiple servings of what you need. If you are unwell and feel like eating only fruits, you are out of luck!
The staff seem to want to care but given all the above, they cannot do much about it.
