Nice and clean remodeled hotel at a great price. The only downsides were the ice machine on the second floor didn’t work and the juice machine at breakfast was out of order.

Breakfast not bad. Bathroom vanity was wood and very dusty, bed was hard - not firm- hard, curtains only covered each end (about 6-8" each end- why bother?) of window (could not be pulled closed) with just sheers covering most of the window in the middke - about 40". That made for little privacy & LOTS of light in the morning after a late night arrival.

The staff were friendly at check in and check out. However, the shower very clearly had mold in it. When we checked in, they had to call the housekeeper to make sure our room had been cleaned. We checked in at 4 and check in time was 3. There were water stains on the ceiling in the lobby. Staff were loudly arguing with a guest outside at around midnight. We only had one regular size pillow in a room booked for two people. I would not stay her again in the future.

Very comfortable. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. That really helps make for a good experience. Small points for improvement: some of the outlets in the room (231) didn't work. One notices this because of the ongoing need to charge devices. One drawer on the hutch wouldn't stay closed; it kept opening about 6 inches, enough to bang into it. Slow internet. Again, a nice stay. I would come again.

Not the best and not the worst

Hotel appearance is good, but hotel needs revamped. Cheap furnishings. Some outlets, phone and A/C didn’t work. Had to transfer to another room. Non-working outlets in other room too. Front parking lot small; had to park in back lot. Good hot breakfast.

The room and facilities were good, maybe not great. The price was very good compared to the other similar chain hotels. The Bed was comfortable. The room was clean but management should probably consider a deep cleaning for the showers.

Meh... shouldnhave been better.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm, after a 12 hour drive. The check in attendant was very nice. Got to the room, no towels. Apparently, the hotel does not have enough towels to go in every room. She had to get some from an unoccupied room, at that, she only had enough for 1 of us. We were two girls with long hair. The morning attendant had attitude, like I was bothering him because I dare asked for more towels. The elevator smelled like Pine-Sol and vomit. The rooms don't get vacuumed well because there were toenail clippings by a chair and wall. Now, had there been towels, I probably would not have seen the clippings because I tried to call the front desk but the phone had been unplugged. With that said, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. They offer a full breakfast, which was good. They also have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Location was good for where we needed to go. The staff, it was really the one moring desk attendant with an attitude, the others were very nice. In a pinch, for $80 a night, I would stay there again.
