Quite A Gem For A 2-two-star!

When I made a reservation I noticed that this hotel had 8.4 stars. Now I understand the reasons. From the moment we walked in I was very impressed with the immaculate lobby. Its tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious, and inviting, and pristine. The king-sized bed had a thick mattress, bright white sheets with five pillows on it. The five pillows for two people was absolutely wonderful! Most 2-star hotels don't provide five. The bathroom was spotless! The shower had shampoo and body wash dispensers, a nice touch and unusual for a two-star. There was a large desk, a roomy closet with iron and ironing board, a microwave and small refrigerator. The heat and cool control was on the wall, another nice touch. Overall, I'd rate this hotel as excellent. It's also reasonably priced. Bravo to the management and staff of Comfort Inn!

Good overall

This is the second time we have stayed here on our way through to Gulf Shores. Good comfortable rooms but our bathroom was a little awkward (direction of door opening, TP placement, shower curtain too short). The breakfast was a little disappointing this time (had to ask for plate, out of items, etc). Good location and great price

Terrible breakfast Says we can take a photo we can

First interaction no one at front desk for check in. Took way too long. Once in room bathroom had hair noticeably shower and toilet. Bed not comfortable. The real disappointment came when it was time for breakfast. The next morning they had zero food no juice they offered a biscuit and sausage no fruit, No yogurt, no creamer for coffee. very disappointed

Nice for the price! Didn't smell bad at all! (pet peeve of mine!) Don't expect much for breakfast though... they have been out of juice for quite some time by the looks of other ratings! Again, nice place to stop to sleep- would stay again!

Nice hotel, but the Internet SUCKS

We've stayed here twice. Both times the Internet service was abysmal. I couldn't even log in to check my work emails on their Internet. I had to use my own personal hotspot in order to access the Internet. I also couldn't use my Amazon Fire Stick to watch anything on the TV because of the constant Internet issues.

It was ok but nothing to hype about other than$69

Over all stay was great just need to focus little more on cleaning the rooms a little better in my opinion but over all was great breakfast from what I seen need to work on that also even though I caught it at the end of almost closing but still some time people get it at the end of closing

The first room they had us in clearly had been smoked in recently and the heating/cooling unit's front panel (the big piece that covers the whole unit) was falling off. We asked for a different room and it was better but the fridge door had gaps in the door (bad gasket you could fit a finger through.
