Great hotel, location

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s in a great location-close to restaurants and shopping. Staff at the front desk are nice and friendly. If I was coming back to the area, I’d stay again.

I was in room 101 which was by a mechanical room. There was a very loud vibrating noise every minute or so. When I was checking out I told them about the noise. The man at the deck asked me if I was in room 101 without even knowing I was which room I was in. Obviously this is a known issue with staying in that room. The handle on the inside of the bathroom also came off in my hand. Terrible breakfast also...and I'm not very picky.

The room was ok. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The breakfast consisted of 2 cereal dispenser, a few muffins and mini powered donuts and some yogurt.

Easy commute to UA! No frills, but thats ok! Super clean, amazing staff, great price, quiet, safe, and easy parking. As a solo female traveler, I felt 100% safe here. Did not try the breakfast because breakfast was served at the seminar I was attending. Will stay again next time I have a seminar at UA!!

Facilities and rooms were like new, clean and restful and would stay here again. The only item that could use some improvement is the "Deluxe Breakfast" which was rather skimpy on choices (cold only) to begin with, and 2 of the 3 bakery item bins were empty (only 2 pieces of white bread in the 3rd) which were never replenished at all between 7 and 9 am. Other than that, the coffee was hot & fresh and the ice maker worked so that made for a good start to the new travel day after a good night's rest.
