Located mid-island, "Tybee Lights" is just a stone's throw away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and local attractions such as the Tybee YMCA and Memorial Park. The townhome comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level.

The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, providing you with unbeatable views of the ocean. Connected to the primary bedroom is a full bathroom that also leads to the second bedroom, which features a queen bed and day bed with a twin pull-out trundle.

Summer vacation 2023

I enjoyed the stay awesome location beautiful view of the sunrise in the mornings with coffee on the deck🙂. I would definitely stay again same condo if possible. However there’s no mirrors upstairs except in bathroom where I had previously looked at reviews before booking this one. Several acknowledged no outlets work in upstairs bathroom where the only mirror is for getting dressed, blow drying hair. It has been weeks where someone stated they were not working and ocean front said they would take care of the outlets well when we arrived they still weren’t fixed. Had to sit on floor in bedroom, use my small handheld mirror to blow dry hair. Need to add some wall mirrors in bedrooms as well. Over all I enjoyed our stay.

Cute little place right on the beach!

Super cute little condo right on the beach! It is in a less busy part of the island but with in walking distance to food, drinks, convenient store, ice cream, coffee, liquor etc. there are a few people that seem to live in the units full time. Very nice the lady I met. Overall great stay. Unit was super clean! Well stocked and nicely decorated.

Perfect!

Great vacation with my parents. Everything was just as advertised. Perfect location & accommodations. The only negative was none of the bathroom outlets worked & only a couple of the bedroom outlets worked properly.

Our vacation property got all the big things right. The view was spectacular!! Wi-Fi and TV service worked great, and the management company was responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor items which could have been better: several electrical outlets did not work and several boxes of floor tile and grout were sitting in the main living area when we arrived. All in all we were very happy with unit and would not hesitate to rent it in the future.

Sparsely furnished main room with mismatched odds and ends. Electrical plugs in main bathroom did not work, we complained they were fixed but went out again. Front door lock jammed and locked us out, was fixed but I think it was jammed again as we left. Floor to ceiling mirror are oddball. Floor tile cracked. All of that was bearable but downstairs neighbor who threaten to have us thrown out if our dog barked at her when we were on our deck was the worst, made us on edge and constantly worried. Tybee was great, other than nasty neighbor all the people we met were helpful and friendly. Tom

Amazing Sunrise & Ocean views

Great spot.. location was perfect… Morning views of sunrise from bedroom or the killer deck out back… North end of island quiet and walkable to everything..!!! Had a great time and this condo was perfect…. Well stocked with utensils towels and all you would need.. A short walk to IGA if you needed anything..! Great spot easy in and out…. Had a great time ….

Sunrise and the Beach

Property location right on the beach with a beautiful view. The unit has everything that you'd need for a family, well stocked. Make sure to get beach chairs or umbrellas, or buy/rent them out from one of the shops close by.
