Sea View 4 on 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpy-huoneisto erinomaisella paikalla! Sijaitsee historiallisen Tybee-rakennuksen ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta on merinäköala jaetusta kalustetusta kuistilta. Sijaitsee vain 4 taloa takaisin rannalta ja 2 korttelin päässä ravintoloista, kaupoista, nite-elämästä ja nähtävyyksistä, kuten Tybee Pier ja Marine Science Center.

Olohuoneessa on Queen-vuodesohva, 32-tuumainen taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla ja iPod-telakka, jossa on CD ja radio. Pieni keittiö on täysin varustettu (ei astianpesukonetta), ja siellä on pöytäpaikka 4 hengelle. Makuuhuone sijaitsee olohuoneen ulkopuolella, ja siinä on queen-vuode ja 19-tuumainen taulu-tv. Kylpyammeessa on stand-up-suihku, ei kylpyamme. Käytettävissäsi on myös langaton internetyhteys.

HUOMAA: Stand-Up-suihku vain kylpyhuoneessa (ei kylpyammeita), 1 varattu pysäköintialue. Yksikkö ei ole lemmikkieläinystävällinen.

Tämä historiallinen merinäköalahuoneisto rakennettiin alun perin vuonna 1924 ja on lueteltu historiallisten paikkojen kansallisessa rekisterissä. Kukin yksikkö sisältää yhteisten mukavuuksien käytön, joihin kuuluu: Kaksi suurta kalustettua kuistia, joissa vieraat voivat nauttia merituulista. Huipputason kuistilla on mukava merinäköala. Huuhtele päivän jälkeen rannalla toisessa kahdessa suljetussa ulkosuihkussa, joka on suuri perheille sopiva. Disappointed in Tybee Vacation Rental Management

We recently stayed at Sea View Unit 4 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to continuous air conditioning problems. Despite the listing promising air conditioning, the air conditioning in this unit malfunctioned from the beginning. The temperature was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax and sleep properly, especially during the hotter hours of the day and night. The rental company did provide box fans on the second day of our stay, however, the air conditioning issue was not fixed. We contacted the property management immediately, but the response was slow and the issue was not resolved during our stay. This lack of timely action left us feeling frustrated and unable to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. After our stay, I was in contact with Tybee Vacation Rental management to further discuss this issue. The manager that I spoke to was rude and unwilling to discuss this issue further. She told me "That I should read the fine print in the agreement." While the location and amenities of the rental were otherwise satisfactory, the failure to provide a functioning air conditioning system, and the lack of respect that I received from Tybee Vacation Rental management, I cannot recommend this property for stays.

Great first experiance!

This was our first trip to Tybee Island! We typically go to Florida for the beach, however, we loved this stay so much that we plan to visit again. We loved this property and will check its availability for our next trip first!

We stayed for our 30th anniversary and we will return again for a longer stay.

The unit was small, but perfect for 2 people. It was a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk / fishing pier. It was an older building which had been remodeled nicely. We plan on staying longer on our next visit. The only drawback was it was located on the 2nd floor and my 65 year old knees suffered a bit, but the upper level has a partial ocean view on the wraparound shared porch. We will definitely rent it again.

Almost Perfect

Great location, perfect amenities. Walked to the beach and walked to the bars and restaurants at night. Stayed 3 nights and never had to drive our car. Parking was tight but worked for us. Would definitely stay there again, our only issue was the cold water did not work in the shower. Only had got water. I showered downstairs in the community shower.

First time in tybee and we loved it! The rental company was very easy to reach prior to our arrival. The place has so much charm. Only negative was it did get a little hot but we were in the upstairs condo.

Smelled like smoke, no normal amenities for price like shampoo or coffee, sheets thin and worn out, bedroom door did not close, outdoor showers were full of furniture so could not use, hair over several of the towels.

Great location!

The location of this house is phenomenal, about a 30-second walk to the beach. Can't get much better! However, my only complaint is regarding sleeping. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and our bedroom window was only a few feet from the rack of A/C units for this property, meaning it was quite loud and not great to sleep next to. But other than that, we had a great time!!

Safety concerns

There was no working smoke alarm In the unit. After being told a smoke detector could not be brought out Friday, we contacted the fire dept and they got one to us thru the police dept. The entire experience shocked me. I’m sure there are safety standards which require fire protection in ALL rentals; especially in a unit as old as the one I stayed in. There were also missing light bulbs in the bathroom which could be electrical hazards. There was no attention to detail. We love Tybee for the relaxed atmosphere; but you must not relax where safety is concerned. Debi Hughes

Cute house, great location...needs work.

The house was adorable, and the location was great. I would love to come and stay on the island again. The problems arose when it was time to take a shower. No hot water. Ever. Not even warm. I’m from Wisconsin and the water was even too cold for me. All of the windows in the place were filthy, and the mattress might have been original from 1926 or whenever the place was built. Definitely choose another place if you are over the age of 30 or want to be comfortable and get a good nights sleep.

Great girls weekend!

Great for a weekend with girls or a couple. Close to the beach. Easy check in and out process. Property had everything we needed for our stay and was cute. Parking on property was tight and a bigger vehicle would have been hard to get in and out, but could have parked on the street instead. Overall a great experience.
