Checked in and was given a room that was already occupied. Sorry to whoever I walked in on. Room I did get was hardly clean but wasn’t spending much time in the room so went with it. Sometimes cheep hotels surprise you with being clean and comfortable. This was the opposite, guess I got what I paid for.

I was charged a $50.00 deposit twice and only refunded one deposit. Now I can't reach a real person to get my money back! The whole property is old and in need of repairs. No breakfast out at 8 am when promised. Pool is GREEN!

We had to use the same towels and washcloths for 6 days because there was no housekeeping for our entire stay, despite the fact that I requested new towels from the office 3 times. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We had to take our own trash out (per the office). We were told that Housekeeping wasn't scheduled until Sunday even though we were scheduled to check out on Saturday after a 6-night stay at the hotel. I had to go down to the office to request new soaps and shampoos each day. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, bread, cereal, fruit and waffles. There were no other options available such as muffins, bagels or danishes. The staff that we did see were friendly. It appeared that many of the people who were staying at the hotel lived there (i.e., homeless placements).

Originally booked two nights but only had to stay one. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Good place for a quick reset and rest. Close to restaurants and retail stores. Would stay again.

Dirty Room & staff did not care!

Our room had old coffee grounds in the coffee maker & trash behind the bathroom door. Reported to front desk only to be told they had never had a complaint. There was no alarm clock or hair dryer. Again reported to front desk who stated the building was scheduled for renovations and were not sure why we were put in that room. The occupants in the room next to us left their TV on until 3 am not to mention between 10pm-3 am their child screamed 3 times at the top of their lungs! We will NEVER stay their again!!!
