Villa Peonia — Salento Reservation, in the heart of the beautiful town of Mare Verde, a few minutes from the beaches of Torre San Giovanni, Villa Peonia is born, a unique solution that combines two comfortable independent homes: Villetta Margherita and Villetta Orchidea. Ideal for large families, groups of friends or several families who want to spend their vacation together while maintaining their own spaces, Villa Peonia represents the perfect balance between privacy and conviviality.
The structure has a total of two equipped kitchens, plus outdoor spaces with outdoor showers, two furnished verandas for outdoor dining and dining, as well as four bedrooms (two double and two triple with bunk beds and single beds), able to comfortably accommodate large groups. The rooms are equipped with all the main comforts: Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the corridors serving rooms and kitchens, washing machine, coffee maker and outdoor showers. Free street parking is available in front of the villa, which makes arrival and travel particularly convenient.
The location is really strategic: a few meters away there are a bar and a supermarket, the sea is only 200 meters away and the first equipped beach can be reached in just 500 meters. To complete the experience, the proximity to Torre San Giovanni, one of the most popular seaside villages in Salento, famous for its white sandy beaches, breathtaking sunsets, local cuisine and lively evening life on the waterfront.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
