Pier Joy -mökki on täysin päivitetty mökki, joka sijaitsee kadun varrella yksityisellä mutkaisella tiellä hyvin eristäytyneessä metsäisessä kiinteistössä, joka sijaitsee 2 1/2 eekkeriä. Minuutin päässä monista risteyspisteistä, jotka Union Pier on tarjonnut. Olipa haluat rentoutua hämmästyttävällä hiekkarannalla tai käydä monissa paikallisissa viinitarhoissa tai panimossa ja ruokailla yhdellä monista ravintoloiden satama-maista, on tarjottava. Löydät itsesi kaiken ytimessä. Meidän mökki on sisustettu moderni maalaistalo kaikki mukavuudet, kuten langaton internetyhteys. Uusissa laitteissa on täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on runsaasti vastaustilaa valmiina ruoanvalmistustarpeisiisi. Kävele navetan läpi päivitettyyn kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on kylpylä, kuten sadesuihku. Kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta runsaalla kaappitilaa. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta lisäpuhallettavat patjat ja vuodevaatteet saatavilla pyynnöstä. Ulkopuolella on grilli runsaalla hiilellä ja kevyemmällä nesteellä. On myös palo kuoppaan runsaalla istuimella nauttia rauhallisen tulen ystävien ja perheen kanssa. Nauti suuresta pihasta, jota ympäröivät puut ja villieläimet. Saatat tarttua vilahteluun hirvieläinten perheestä, joka vaeltaa metsän läpi päivänvalossa ja taivaan täynnä tähtiä yöllä.
Meidän mökki on hyvin lähellä New Buffaloa, kolme tammia, St Joseph ja Sawyer. Nurkan takana kahdesta viininmaistelusta ja 5 minuutin ajomatkan Four Winds -kasinoista.

Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Michiganjärvi. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The accommodations were both practical and beautiful for our family vacation (6 adults and 4 kids - ages 6mo to 6 yr). We had everything we needed - for at home and at the beach. Close to a number of beaches - we spent our time at Berrien which was perfect for the kids. Having the two spaces was very convenient. The owners provided prompt responses to all of our questions. It was easy to feel at home - we hope to return!

Fantastic!

Everything was there that we needed! Great tranquil place. Not the owners fault and maybe I missed something but the VRBO system to get ahold of the owner about a quick question could be better. Email system stated no reply and VRBO system did not work for contacting owner. Otherwise all that stayed would all stay again. Awesome place!!!

Best Stay Ever

We absolutely LOVED this rental. Our son's family includes our young granddaughter. Having the two properties was perfect for us. We could put her down for a nap yet could still socialize without waking her. The properties are super clean, have every gadget/kitchen item you could possibly need and had the cutest decor. We loved the backyard, too, wooded and with two firepits fully stocked with wood. The grill was great, too. We'll be back here, for sure. Communication with the owner/manager was terrific and they offered a thoughtful welcome gift. Also, beach chairs, bikes, sun umbrellas all ready for us. So thoughtful! LOVED IT!

All Around Fabulous!!

From booking to checkout by far our best trip ever!! The owners quickly answered any questions I had. Right before the trip the owners clearly communicated directions, check in etc. Once we got there we were greeted by a great welcome gift and personal note, super clean and comfortable houses, and literally any and every extra you could need including a sharpie to mark sandwiches for the beach. The kids (17-23) were able to ride bikes to the beach and to the bakery in the morning. The old folks could drive all the gear and together carry it down a short/no stairs walk to Berrien Beach. Parking wasn’t great, but as long as you follow the rules not horrible. We are already trying to get our dates together for next year’s stay. Thank you! Thank you!

Amazing weekend getaway!

I highly recommend this property. It was so clean and the host really thought of everything. My family loved the location close to beaches, wineries and local farms. The host also had a variety of sports equipment (volley ball, soccer, football) as well as board games that the kids had a blast with. And the back yard was large enough to let the kids run around in while we grilled and made a fire pit. Will definitely be staying again.

Perfect Location for Extended Family

The properties are quite comfortable for a large group. We had nine family members and the two units provided enough space for all of use to gather together inside or outside, and privacy when needed. John and Adriana are thoughtful hosts and make us feel welcome. Our go to location in Michigan.

Fun Weekend with the Guys

Stayed in both cottages with a group of seven long-time friends. Lots of space inside and out. We went to breweries and the beach (not necessarily in that order) during the day and cooked dinner at night, ending with a fire. Both decks and fire pits had plenty of space for entertaining. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great property and great hosts.

Best equipped house I've stayed in!

We had 9 people (3 families) in the two units and it was perfect! Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels (bath & beach!) and as others have mentioned all the little things put this house over the top! Wine and chocolate covered pretzels from our hosts was so kind and since we planned on mostly eating in - all the kitchen ware and spices (yes!!!) were super helpful. It was the difference between feeling like you were staying in a home vs a hotel. Everything was really great and we enjoyed our time very much!

Union Pier Cottage

We rented both cottages for two families and it worked out perfectly. Both are updated and well appointed with kitchen, laundry room and backyard with two fire pits and a patio. The host left us a lovely bottle of rose and red wine along with a snack. Also, both cottages had a beach bag with towels and a cooler. We would defiantly stay here again.

The Perfect home away from home

I traveled with a group of 7 people , and had some doubts with the space and comfortably, but once we arrived, all doubts were lifted. Pier joy, is a Perfect duplex style setting, as BOTH homes are equipped with: a full kitchen, deck, fire pit, laundry room, living room, bathrooms, showers. Tvs ( with streaming services available), stocked with bored games and reliable internet . It was in a quiet secluded neighborhood, that felt both open (but overall)private. It is just minutes away from the New Buffalo township , which was perfect for visiting the local brewerys, beaches, restaurants and forest preserves. The beach was also very accessible, 15-20 drive. In the down time some of us took the bikes available for a neighborhood stroll . Each home can comfortably host up to 8 (3 beds in each home plus sofas) Highly recommend 👌

Great Property

I stayed with my extended family for a kick off to summer vacation. The owners added a second unit that is really beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. My family stayed in the original unit, which we love. We cooked, had a fire at night (with s'mores, of course) and went to the local beach at sunset. Just a great way to start the summer.

Cozy Friend Getaway

Pier Joy was a cozy and comfortable spot for a friend getaway for the new year. The house has everything you need and is in a perfect location. We were lucky and had mild enough winter weather to walk in Warren Woods state park and spend some time on the beach.
