Exceeded Expectations.

Great river view. Tasty breakfast. We enjoyed the kayak rental and Really Friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, towels replaced daily.

Beautiful location with a restaurant next door that had live music early evening. We got a room with view to the river. Definitely worth it! There are two train lines across the river but I did not hear anything from the room. Very clean, modern, excellent breakfast included with outdoor seating, as well as park benches in front of the river. There is also a river walking area next to the hotel.

Hotel.com drooped the ball

The hotel was fine. Hotels . Com is the problem. My two itineraries are 72064380946392; 72064381914334. Both paid in full $145.41 and $154.59. What we could do is check into the king bed room. We were unable to check into the two bed room. We ended up booking and paying the hotel directly. My request is a $ 414 one key credit issued to my account. The first chat agent disconnected the chat. The second wanted to transfer my two a third person. That group had a ten minute wait. Let’s get this resolved today.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the breakfast was good. We enjoyed the restaurant next to the property. I also like the fact you could rent bikes and kayaks. My only negative is the bed was a little to firm for me but I'm sure some people like a firm mattress.

I didn't have any expectations about this hotel as I was visiting Falling water as a half way to home. I was surprised there was a pool it was perfect for my naughty and I. There are also great restaurants RIGHT next door. Our room could have used a vacuum under the furniture, but I was very satisfied with the room.

Great stay near Frank L Wright spots

Comfy hotel within 30 minutes to three FLW homes in the area. Our three night stay included a nice daily breakfast at 6am which had hot food each day - eggs, sausage, waffles. Nice view of the river, too. A few cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk, and a really good one right next door. We would definitely stay again!

This is truly an exceptional property in a somewhat out-of-the-way place unless you are biking the Appalachian Trail apparently. But the Riverside views cannot be beat and having a great restaurant next-door is another big plus. I have never seen a cleaner more pristine bathroom without it smelling like bleach! It was truly wonderful.
