Wonderful stay in a cute little town. The space is very open and charming with thoughtful details like a fireplace and excellent walk-in shower. It was nice to return to after a long day at Starved Rock.I messed up when reserving the dates and was unable to modify them on my end, and the host was fantastic about working with me on that end, which I really appreciate. Great communication and seamless check-in.

Had a great one night stay while doing the Truffle Shuffle at August Hill Winery. Absolutely beautiful and immaculate place. So cute and cozy! Easy to get to, perfect location for the winery and bar hopping in downtown Utica. Would definitely stay here again!

It was really a nice stay. For an open floor plan you still had plenty of privacy. There are plenty of options for food and beverages and ice cream in walking distance.Utica is a friendly community, we stayed for 3 nights and checked out the state parks, did lots of hiking. It was a great spot to come back to and relax, the mattress was awesome, was able to get a great night's sleep!!!

Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend staying here!

Cute, trendy, studio appartment

Had a wonderful trip. This apartment is set up nicely. It overlooks the street that is blocked off for outdoor eating at the local restaurants. The shower is HUGE. It was a great anniversary getaway spot for my husband and I. We ate at some of the local spots, hiked in the parks, explored local towns. Everything was so convenient. Highly recommend!
