We stayed in room 407 and it smelled really musty, the bed was EXTREMELY hard and the toilet we EXTREMELY small, like it was made for toddler both parts didnt fit in the hole at the same time, for the amount you charged that shouldn't have been an issue we encountered.

The room was clean and we did not find any problems except with the blinds which would not close. The desk staff came and was able to get things working. AC was fine. All of the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, including those in the dining area. Our only real complaint was that there is now an almost $5 charge per day for parking. It was truly unexpected and seems very inappropriate considering you are already paying the room cost...parking should remain a no-cost feature.
