This fully renovated two-bedroom three-bathroom residence features high-end

contemporary finishes, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a stone-clad gas

fireplace, custom designer lighting and two decks facing north-west. The

master bedroom has one king size bed, a custom built-in desk area, and an en-

suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, and two-sink vanity.

The second bedroom includes two queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The

dining room accommodates 6 people, with additional seating at the kitchen

counter. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a full-size

washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Renters will have access to the

building’s amenities, which include a ski locker, game room, kid's playroom,

gym, indoor and outdoor spas, and outdoor fire pits. Check-in at the front

desk of The Arrabelle at Vail Square & and enjoy access to all the Arrabelle's

amenities as well.



Guests will have access to the 24 hour guest services at The Arrabelle at Vail

Square including the onsite spa and fitness facilities and mountain side ski

valet. Enjoy a late afternoon swim or soak in the pool & hot tub at either The

Lion Square Lodge or The Arrabelle. Guests will have direct connection with

their own personal concierge to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The

Tavern on the Square, one of two restaurants at The Arrabelle, will be open in

peak summer & winter seasons. The restaurant will close each year during the

shoulder seasons (October/November & April/May). Exact dates are provided when

available.
