On the crest of a hill, lovely wievs, extensive landscaped garden with trees (6000 sq.m. are flat and enclosed). Ground floor : 2 entrance halls (courtyard side and parking side), large dining room with lounge area opening onto garden, 2nd separate lounge with fireplace, large fitted kitchen, laundry room, storeroom, 1 bedroom (160 x 190 cm double bed, private shower room). 2 separate Wc. Billiard room (books, board games), playroom (football table, table tennis) leading to another lounge with TV (on 1st floor of adjacent building). Upstairs : hall, 5 bedrooms (one with 140 x 190 cm double bed, private shower room) (one with 2 bunk beds & pull-out bed for 5 people in total) (one with two 80 x 190 cm single beds that can be joined to form queen size bed, private shower room) (one with 2 single beds, private shower room) (one with 160 x 190 cm double bed, private shower room), 1 bathroom including Wc, 1 separate Wc. Cot on request. Outdoors : swimming-pool below available from 01 June to 15 September and from 10 hours to 21 hours (4m x 11m, safety system with electric curtain). Outdoor furniture, barbecue, table tennis, deck chairs, swings, parking. Nearby : hiking/biking trails, cellars, heritage tours. Many shops, markets and small restaurants in the village. To respect the neighbourhood, festive gatherings/events are not allowed on the premises.
