The villa, furnished in a modern style while preserving some traditional elements, consists of two separate accommodation units and is therefore ideal for groups or multiple families who wish to share outdoor spaces such as the swimming pool and garden, while still enjoying their own privacy.
The main building extends over three floors and features a kitchen and a dining area where all the villa’s guests can gather, as well as a wellness area with sauna, hot tub, emotional shower, and a relaxation area with heated water mattresses.
Adjacent to the main villa is the dépendance, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
In the main villa, in addition to the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, there is also a kitchen in the large second-floor bedroom which, being connected to an additional room and a bathroom, can be used as a small independent apartment.
The dépendance features a glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the swimming pool, where a third kitchen with dining area is located.
