The Space:
This home blends timeless architecture with modern amenities — including a private pool, fun outdoor games, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly to the pool area, making outdoor entertaining effortless.

Main Level — Primary Suite:
The expansive primary bedroom features two queen-sized beds beautifully arranged around decorative fireplaces that create natural separation and historic charm. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub and step-in shower.

Also on the main level: fully stocked kitchen, two spacious living rooms with TVs, large dining room, dedicated workspace with solid wood desk, half bathroom, and laundry area with washer, dryer, and utility sink.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed with en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo)

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable $75 pet fee per pet applies and will be requested separately after booking. Please disclose all pets at the time of reservation.

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home and pool. A small number of closets are locked for cleaning supply storage — please do not attempt to open these. The garage is not included in the rental.

Please Note:
All five fireplaces throughout the home are decorative only and not functional.

No smoking or vaping inside the home — evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee.

Please supervise children around the pool, Lego pieces, and outdoor games.
