Perched above Cannes in the exclusive Super Cannes neighborhood, this villa combines privacy, panoramic views and proximity to the coastline. From here, the beaches are only a short drive away while the city center and the Palais des Festivals remain easily accessible.

Spread over 250 m², the villa welcomes up to twelve guests and includes a main house as well as an independent studio.

The living room opens onto the outdoor spaces and features a sofa, TV and dining area with views over the sea and the infinity pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Several bedrooms are located in the villa, including rooms with sea-view balconies. An additional studio provides further privacy with its own kitchen and bedroom.

Outside, the landscaped terraces surround the infinity pool and offer multiple areas to relax while enjoying the panoramic views.

A wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam completes the experience.

The property also benefits from private parking and elevator access connecting the parking area, studio and main living level.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
