The apartment and block have been superbly designed with much thought and character to retain as much of the original features as possible.



The space

A beautiful apartment in a designer-finished block of 5 that has been renovated with all modern amenities, located less than a minute walk from all shops and cultural sites in Valletta.

This apartment features 2 traditional Maltese balconies overlooking the iconic stepped Santa Lucia. This is one of the most lively and charming streets of Valletta that has attracted many filmmakers and photographers' eyes with side views of the Grand Harbour and Fort St Angelo across the distance. This gorgeous street becomes alive during the afternoon and night with restaurants and wine bars. Due to this, please be prepared for the noise of such city life.



As you enter the apartment you are greeted by the main room that includes a dining and living area including a sofa bed that converts to a 160 cm x 200 cm bed for added comfort and TV unit with another lovely balcony overlooking St Lucy Street.

The apartment is made up of a fully equipped modern kitchen including a washing machine and all new appliances. It also features a one bedroom queen sized bed, with a large traditional Maltese balcony, and a walk-in wardrobe.



It is ideal for holiday and business travelers due to it being so centrally located. The apartment is found on the 2nd floor and it is served with a lift.
