The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) Make sure you DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. Mailing forgotten items will not be an option.
2) Take pictures of every room including kitchen and bathroom - emailed them to me via VRBO
3) Avoid cooking/making heavy breakfast (fried eggs, bacon, sausage patties etc.) on the very last day. Odors won't fade away by the time next guests arrive - hope you understad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
