Front desk at check in on thanksgiving night was not welcoming. Didn’t smile once. Asked for real glasses so we could enjoy a glass of wine: nope, we have no glasses here. Big nasty stain on sheets. Requested 30 minute late check out: sure, “but if you exceed that we will charge you $50.” Best Western is one of the only options in town, but for $142 I expect more.

Room was good and spacious. Appreciated competitive rate. Shower head water flow seemed very poor and had issues with only luke warm water. Hot tub had lots of foam decided not to get in. I had hoped to enjoy the hot tub. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

The property was nice, but was difficult to access due to nearby construction. I had a question about my reservation and called the hotel a week before my arrival. I spoke with a manager who I found to be smug and condescending when I explained my issue. Because of this, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
