This was the loudest hotel room I have ever been in. We unplugged our room AC because it was loud. But the AC outside our window was very loud and it went off and on all night. Did not get much sleep. Will not stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was compact but spotless and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We were able to store our luggage while our room was being prepared. The service in the bar was exceptional and we enjoyed happy hour drinks. The food looked delicious. The airport shuttle was on time and efficient.

The hotel room didn't look like the pictures. It was smelly, dirty, falling apart and the bed was terribly loud. You couldn't move in the night without being woken up. The restaurant has strange hours and finding a place to eat near by isn't the easiest. The cost per night was pretty hefty for what it is and what's offered.

This was the WORST booking I have ever experienced! The room was terrible! The A/C wasn’t on, when plugged in it blew gross dust and mold out in my face! Wifi never worked and wasn’t even connected! Fridge was HOT and when I called front desk for the 3rd time explaining that we required a fridge for medication (because we were there for a BC Children’s Hospital Visit) they said we could use a 3rd floor fridge elsewhere in a staff room!??? WHAT??!! The people above us were incredibly loud all night and we got no sleep and our room was 26 degrees with no airflow! WORST EXPERIENCE!!
