The staff I interacted with was really kind and lovely. The shuttle was helpful, though it’s not available early morning, so I still had to uber for an early flight. My room was showing some signs of aging. The wallpaper was peeling off, the light fixtures coming out of the ceiling, and was heavily scented.

Well maintained property. Very close to the airport but you still have great access to Richmond. Pool still being out of order isn't great. It's been a while.

It was a great place to stay the night before flying out at the YVR shuttle starts at 6 am 15min to YVR complimentary it was perfect The restaurant had great choices and food was delicious

The front desk staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. The facility is divided into 2 sections with only 2 entrances, it could be a walk. The price was very attractive prior to Easter Weekend. I would recommend people to choose both their locations near North Road and Richmond airport.

Overall good experience. Good price for what we got. $25 add on for 2 breakfasts which were excellent. Best breakfasts we have had at a hotel! Suite was large, bed was great! But suite was a bit dated (trim closet doors switches and plugs old windows some seals were shot). Appeared better in pictures and had a musty smell. Opened windows which helped. Bed very comfortable. My wife was given a card which worked in elevator but not room door, not sure why. Staff was helpful. Communication through email was useful and they responded to requests. Would stay again for the price no problem. If it was a hundred dollars more per night id look elsewhere.
