When we first checked in. We were in a hurry so we really didn’t stay in the room for a long time, just basically dropped off our stuff and left. We came back quite late and started looking around and it was extremely disappointed. I went downstairs to ask for an upgrade that I was ready to pay for, unfortunately it was to expensive, so I asked if there was another room looked that put renovated unfortunately there was not any, the front lady said that she could upgrade me to a 2 bedroom and would cost me 100 for both nights. The room was amazing and we were very excited to move to the new room. Thank you very much Cindy.

Not pleased with our stay at Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport. At check in cash was used as deposit on the room, I was told the deposit would be $250. Online it states deposit is $150. I was told that was if a credit card was used but for cash it would be $250. My last visit I only had to supply $200 for deposit. I was told I could just give the $200. This was the start of a bad experience. At midnight the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated. We stood outside for about 30-40min to find out there was no fire and we could go back to our rooms. Our room was near the fire panel and we had to listen to the panel beep till 8am.The hotel management was heard in the hall with what looked like maintenance trying to fix the panel when the fire alarm went off again. The alarm was soon shut off, only for it to go off again and when people went to evacuate they were told it was a false alarm to go back to their rooms. Our fridge also did not work. We had to use ice to keep our items cold. At check out the staff went to deduct the parking cost from my cash deposit when I explained that our stay was severely disturbed and an appropriate compensation should be applied. The lady spoke with management and they said they could take 1 day of parking off of the total ($15). I said they would have to do better than that. Manager came and took the total of parking off for the 3 days stating there was no fire is was a fault in the system and everyone had to deal with it. Disappointing!

Beautiful 2-br, 2-bath suite with balcony and kitchenette. Very clean and new, highly recommended. Allowed us to keep our snowboard luggage in a luggage room off the lobby.

Floors not labeled. There were 3 fire alarms events while we were there. Not enough info for guest. People swimming while alarming going off. We had to walk to the front desk for updates
When you are using the stairs and not familiar with hotel it would be nice to know which floor is which. It’s a big hotel and can’t imagine navigating if there was actual smoke and alarms going off.
