Beautiful !. Located literally across the street from the cruise ship terminal. If you book and upgrade to the gold floor which is the 8th floor, you can schedule with the concierge at the 9th floor which is only accessible to gold floor customers, to have bell hops take your luggage over and have delivered to your cruise's luggage drop off area. From there the cruise personnel will deliver it to your room. It absolutely makes the cruise checking experience a breeze. You will also have access to a delicious complimentary breakfast at the gold club, light lunch items and delicious canapes at around 6pm. The extra amenities are well worth the upgrade that is around 160 dollars. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. We had a view of the harbor and the city because of the floor to ceiling bay windows. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and natural free toiletries that are free of toxins. The entire staff is courteous, accommodating and genuinely caring. All this made for wonderful experience.
