My favourite hotel in Vancouver. Great staff and appreciated that my room was ready at noon rather than 4:00. Close to everything and easy to explore downtown and English Bay by taking the Aquabus.

Charming hotel. Awesome location. No bar at night.

Beautiful location with a truly wonderful patio for dining and friendly staff - but very disappointed that everything closes at 9:30 pm. No possibility to enjoy a nightcap or snack of any kind at night and the island has no other quiet options available. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The aircon unit is one of those standing on-the-floor units that make a lot of noise - had to turn it right off to get to sleep. These few negatives were balanced out by the great daytime location: we had a breakfast bagel at the market and took an Aquabus to reach English Bay - then walked the full length of the sea wall around Stanley Park and back through town to the hotel. Around 10km - pure pleasure.
