The hotel is conveniently located in the down town area. To get into the hotel check in with a vehicle is ackward at the moment with construction, have to enter in back, as you need to check in to get a key for parking. Breakfast in the morning has a nice size room for the food and the eating area was a good size. there was a fair amount options. The beds are the comfiest! Just sink right in!! Had the best night sleep.

The only downfall to this property right now is the construction happening on the street in front of it. Otherwise this hotel is a great location. We had an event at BC place to attend and this was perfect for walking distance to BC place, stores, restaurants and transit stations.

The room was spotless, and the staff were unfailingly courteous. We were in a corner room (7th floor), above a major construction site, and although we could here some noise (after 7:00 am) it was not particularly disturbing.

We stayed 2 nights loved the location--walked everywhere. The room was spacious (I berm suite) and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the lack of plastic water bottles (they had really nice 1/2 liter glass "milk" style bottle with sealable stoppers. Overall a positive experience at a great facllity.
