Not the greatest.

We stayed for 3 nights. Prepaid through Hotels.ca We did not use the cleaning service as we are not messy people. Charged for extra person 20 plus tax. I think the hotel is overpriced for the condition the room was in, $540/Night, plus the extra person of $72.00. Not happy at all. The location is great but pricey.

Excellent facility, friendly staff, very convenient locations to all attractions, walking distance to gastown and waterfront. Only suggestion is to make the instruction on how to reach the hotel checkin area clearer as we can not enter via Robson Street despite the hotel address is on Robson street.

I’d go back to this hotel due to convenience, comfort, walkable to a lot of establishments, Stanley Park, Holy Rosary Cathedral, awesome Breakfast, courteous and superb staff, Spacious Room and comfy Bed, clean room and the bathrobes were a great add on.

I had a late check in at 1230am because of traveling. I did inform the desk. When i reached the hotel than was informed that my car will not fit in the garage and than they gave me different places where i can park. I had to look around for 30 minutes to get parking where i had to pay $40. Secondly they only need credit csrd. The room was already paid and I don't know why they need a credit card but later the associate did accept my debit card. The whole drama took like an hour. I did request for a late check out but given only 30 minutes. Overall the system of working and communication is very bad

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a corner room which was very cool. Floor to ceiling windows on two sides which gives an incredible view of the city. Excellent breakfast. Love this place.

As a Hilton member we were disappointed that they wouldn’t credit our Hilton program. Also our room was next to the elevator so that was noisy. The rooms were clean and had good amenities. The downtown location was perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere!
