The location was great for what I wanted to do in Vancouver and the staff was nice, polite and helpful. The room was clean and again, covered all the necessities that I need for my stay. I also really enjoyed having the pool available for such a good amount of time during the day.

The room was extremely clean. I don't usually take baths in a hotel bath tub but this one was so clean that i did. The room staff were very attentive restocking coffee and supplies.I had a great view of the city and even though we were right in the middle of things, it was very quiet. Nice, helpful front desk staff who helped me get a cab for the airport.

Great stay!

Great location: it's located near a train station so it's an easy access to downtown and Yaletown. It's a nice 25 minute walk to BC Place. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was clean and replenished with free water bottles every day. The toiletries provided and available are great. Will definitely stay there again.
