I like the Starbucks store inside the hotel. Everything was good. Nearby shopping mall. Few blocks away From Japanese and Korean Supermarkets and stores. Walking distance to Canada place. Few steps to Tìm Hortons and, McDonald’s. Near tram station. The hotel is connected to the Mall which has a big Chinese Restaurant.

Room were excellent. Negative is hotel charges $$s to park which should be part of paying premium price for the room. Breakfast in hotel was also bit on higher side. Hotel is located near lot of eating places. Close to downtown water front.

I am 71 years old. This is the most I have paid for a hotel ever. I therefore had certain expectations. Those expectations were not met. We were in town for a conference and most hotesls in the area were sold outl Although the staff were all kind and apologetic, the hotel definitely needs updating. I called before my stay and was given misinformation about the beds ( I have a bad back). After a sleepless night for me and my friend due to mold and smoke, as well as a lumpy soft mattress, I was assured that we would be moved to a room with new furniture on the top two floors ( or a 33 floor building). The next day they moved us to a room on the 31 floor with the exact same furniture and lumpy bed as the other room. Eventually, they admitted that they did not have special rooms or beds and that I had been given misinformation. They put a board under my mattress enabling me to sleep well on two of the four nights. The breakfast cost $41 per person which is ridiculous. If other hotels were not sold out, I would have moved.

Great overnight before cruising

Enjoyed this hotel. Location is great and staff was amazing. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant- food was great and atmosphere was so nice. We had dinner overlooking the church near us. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious.

Anniversary weekend stay.

The hotel had amazing staff, the room had some recent updates but missed an opportunity with a small bistro type set on the large under furnished patio. The cost for a simple breakfast delivered to our room was also incredibly expensive! $18 for a simple craft pot that only contained 3 small cups of coffee. Also providing regular bottles of water in the fridge included would have been great, the “fancy water for $6.50 a bottle was a bit much especially for the cost of the room. Location and staff were amazing and we still very much enjoyed our anniversary stay.

The room was great, clean and the location was perfect. It is within walking distance of all downtown areas and the waterfront. Despite being in the downtown area the rooms were well insulated, so we did not hear much traffic noise.

I love how they have cleaning come to room every day. Really good location walking distant to cananda place. And sky train station Burrard just outside the hotel. If coming for travel this is a good place to live
