Welcome to our brand new and modern 1 bedroom private suite located in Marpole, Vancouver. This west side neighbourhood is safe and quiet, yet also very convenient. Short walk to public transit(buses and Canada Line skytrain, taking you to downtown and YVR airport. Free street parking. Only 5mins drive(14mins walk) to various restaurants, supermarkets, Shoppers Drug Mart, coffee shops, bubble tea, pub, banks & movie theatre. The perfect place for you to call home while in Vancouver!

The space
Our suite is modern and newly renovated (Jan.2020) and is on the ground floor of a two-storey house with a separate entrance and lockbox. This bright and cozy suite contains: 1 bedroom, bathroom, dining/living area and full kitchen. Highspeed Fiber internet WiFi is included. The suite also comes with essentials for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The Bedroom: Comes with a queen size bed and comfy mattress, 100% cotton bed linens, hypoallergenic pillows, closet, night table, desk and chair.

The Kitchen: Comes with full appliances, including electric cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and hood fan. Provided for your convenience are also: a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes, etc...Coffee and tea are included for your enjoyment :)

The Dining & Living Area: Comes with expandable dining table and 4 dining chairs. The living area comes with a TV with Netflix, comfy love seat, cushions and coffee table.

The Bathroom: Your private bathroom comes with full-size bathtub, toilet, mirror and vanity. Hairdryer, toiletries, bath and hand towels are also included

We hope you have a comfortable stay at our place! We live upstairs and have a young daughter who is generally quiet. There may be footsteps sounds from the top floor, but it should be minimal. If it becomes bothersome, please let us know and we'll try our best to address it. There are free street parking and our place is also very convenient and close to transit.

*Note - For stays of 5 nights or more, free use of shared washer and dryer will be available upon request.
