We had an amazing stay at the Paradox Hotel in Vancouver! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, especially the thoughtful turndown service each evening, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. One of our favorite features was the heated floors near the shower — such a nice and cozy touch, especially after a long day exploring the city. Overall, everything about our experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back!

Generally a very good hotel. Stayed here twice during the off season, so the price was good for the room that you get. Staff are excellent. Mott restaurant downstairs is great, but a little pricey.

Our cityscape room was spacious enough for the two of us, incredibly clean, and shielded outside noise well. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. We appreciated all the amenities, including a heated bathroom floor, and the complimentary umbrella was definitely a plus! The hotel is in a prime location and within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions.
