The room was very clean & spacious. Loved looking out the very large window. It was within walking distance of the Christmas Market. The staff were very helpful & friendly. A coffee shop was a very short distance away for our morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was well kept and the cleaning service even went so far as to organize my toiletries :) I loved the turndown service and the bed being made each day, and the classy bottle of water that was available and refilled on demand. We were not able to get any sleep as the noise from the club was way too loud. It was not ideal to be placed on the 5th floor. We were not able to goto bed until after 3am. It was a horrible stay.

Loved our room. We were top floor and had a beautiful large room with 2 Queen beds, a whole seating area with a couch and 2 chairs. The whole hotel was very modern and well designed. The staff were amazing and the location was close to Robson and all the shops and Restaurants. We will definitely be back!
