It’s a great new ( for us) place n Vancouver. Perfect location. Two good coffee houses nearby. Very good breakfast ( highly recommend to add the breakfast option to your room price) the breakfast being prepared very well. Worth every penny. Coffee was not up to my standards ( they have a good roast but no clue how to make it, it’s ok, because you have two excellent coffee houses nearby. We stayed in one bedroom suite, it was like a luxury apartment with a very well organized space. The art, is questionable, but didn’t get on my nerves much. Everything else was top notch. Bathroom size and bathtub was pleasing to my taste. Pool is shallow, but spa outside is very nice. Stuff is excellent. Super nice and kind. We fell like we’ve stayed at the friend’s place. I am telling all my friends about this hotel. The Mod 52 was excellent. We had Peking Duck and many other dishes and all were delicious.

We were only here 1 night but hope to come back. All of the staff was super friendly. Starting with meeting you at the door to tell you where to go. They have a concierge that will tell you what to do in this city while you're there and give you a map. The room was really clean. What's the beds were super comfy. There were even heated floors in the bathroom, which was a nice luxury. We had a balcony room right by the elevator, and it was really quiet. The chocolates on the bed after your turndown service was really nice as well!

The room and food were very good. I really enjoyed the standing tub and view. The only major issue was the club in the hotel. The music got really loud from 12:30-3:30 both Friday and Saturday. It made it hard to sleep.

Nice place. Great location. Pool and hot tub are unreal but only open till 7 which is not convenient. This is the old Trump hotel, it was definitely nicer and more pristine when it was owned by trump. Still very nice though. Recommended.
