Choose another hotel!

Arriving they don’t have the same name anymore but there was no communication about that. The seats in the lobby are stained and just gross. I had the first room off of the lobby and it was extremely loud especially in the early morning as people got waited for the shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was not that great. There was a spider crawling on top of the bread, had to wait for the hot food which was just frozen egg rounds heated up and the pancake machine decided when it wanted to work. One of my worst hotel stays. Do not recommend. The only good thing was the bed.

Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. We chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle was full when we tried to pre-book so we ended up having to Uber to the airport to get there on time. We got to breakfast at around 8 and there was barely any food left, no dishes, and no cutlery. Waited to see if it would be restocked but it wasn’t. Also unpleasant experiences as when we came to check in there was no staff in sight with the phone ringing at desk; we waited for 10 minutes before someone returned. Very unprofessional. When we got to our room, the TV was on (and very loud) which was quite unsettling. Sink was plugged and full of water, drawer open, and no AC. Overall, very poor experience and would not recommend. This hotel should be half of what we paid.

I liked staying at this hotel. It was clean, hospitable, and friendly. However, I do have a few suggestions for improving the breakfasts by adding more variety of food. Anyway, thanks for the nice stay. I recommend this place.

The shuttle service was a joke. They share a van service with another hotel. Even though they said the shuttle service stops at 12am I called ahead of time to tell them wed be out around that time. We got out at 12:02 and the driver left. The issue was there was only 2 seats left when we had a party of 10. So we had to Uber ourselflbes to the hotel. Then the next day for the van to the airport we had 4 people go first at 1:45 which we had no issue. The rest of us were supposed to leave at 2:15 the van never arrived. There was a shift change so we had to wait until 2:45 when the van called and said they won't be coming because the guests from the first hotel filled the van already. So front desk had to quickly call two cabs. The staff at the front desk was friendly but had her hands tied. She did her best, but the transportation issue is just a mess

The property was in a great location for accessing the transportation to Vancouver and great access to the airport. The free coffee and tea and breakfast was a bonus feature.There also was a beautiful walkable park with access right behind the hotel.
