I accidentally booked for january 26. When i arrived december 26 the clerk found the error amd s.i should cancel it. When i tried to cancel january 26 with expedia they said i couldnt but got in touch with comfort inn they can change the dates. I went back at end of december because i had no heat or light or power. They wouldnt do it even though they had availability. I showed the email and they said there was no manager to approve it.

New clean rooms comfortable bed and the shuttle was very convenient for flights in and out. They even pack you a breakfast if you leave before their breakfast opens

The room was great and the breakfast was fine. The problem is that they are now charging $10 + tax on parking per night. We live in the Okanagan and drive to Vancouver and have stayed here several times for its location, affordability and breakfast and have never been charged parking until now. I think the parking fee should be included in the Expedia site. I think $10 is a bit much for one night. We may look elsewhere next visit.

I am the old customer of this hotel. It is usually cheaper in the downtown Richmond. Very convenient transportation to the airport and shopping. Free breakfast and shuttle bus to the airport.
