We were happy with the room even though it was an older building. Staff was very accommodating. We liked the location on Capilano Rd., made getting to the motel off the highway pretty straight forward. As well as getting to our health appointments easily.

ThIs property is not on the beach but a short walk away. It is also a short walk to Lauderdale by the sea. Older but clean and comfortable. Only bad thing is no restaurant but some are close by.
